SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn (2 c.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Bake 35 minutes.

Cheese Scalloped Corn can be made by adding 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.

I added a little celery salt, in place of regular salt, and 1 tsp sugar. It was fantastic!
