GRANDMA'S SCALLOPED CORN 
1 17-oz can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 cup soda crackers crushed
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped onion
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Paprika
1/4 cup each: melted butter
evaporated milk
shredded carrot
chopped green pepper

Combine all ingredients except cheese and turn into greased 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.

This was a great side dish! Took it to a family dinner and everyone loved it. I used saltine crackers instead of soda crackers. It takes a little bit of work to put together but well worth it. It smells wonderful when baking and tastes just as great. Nice recipe, thanks!!
