SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) corn (whole kernel or cream style)
1/2 to 1 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Combine whole kernel corn and 1 cup milk, or cream style corn and 1/2 cup milk. Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and seasonings. Pour into greased casserole; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
