CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted but not hot
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Mix sugar and cocoa and add melted butter, milk and eggs. Beat well. Pour into frozen pie shell and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until top of pie starts to crack slightly. Turn off oven and let cool for about 10 or 15 minutes in oven with door slightly open so pie can settle smoothly. Take out of oven and cool on rack. (Pie will freeze well.)
