4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. unsweetened evaporated milk
1/2 c. coconut
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Yield one 9 inch pie.
