CHOCOLATE NUT CHESS PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
Sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. corn meal
3 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients and bake in an unbaked pie shell at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6. May be topped with dollop of whipped cream.
