2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 c. dates
1 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1 pie shell

Mix all except dates, pecans, and maple flavoring. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in dates, pecans, and maple flavoring. Pour into cooked pie shell.
