CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
7 tbsp. cocoa
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs
2 deep dish pie shells

Combine sugar and cocoa; stir in eggs, milk and vanilla. Add butter last, stirring mixture until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shells and bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Pies are done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let stand until cool before slicing.
