MOTHER'S LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Mix together the sugar, flour, and the cornmeal. Add to beaten eggs and lemon juice. Add milk and melted butter; stir well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
