MOTHER CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (soften)
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. plain flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9-inch deep dish pie shell

Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs yolks, milk, vanilla and flour.

Bake 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
