HEIRLOOM CHESS PIE 
1 deep-dish pie shell
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
dash of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into shell and bake at 375°F about 50 minutes.
