CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cocoa. Melt butter and add to sugar mixture. Stir well. Add eggs and beat with mixer 3 to 5 minutes. Add evaporated milk and vanilla. Bake in uncooked shell, at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Pie is done when "set" or when a waxy portion will stick to toothpick. If pie shakes too much it is not done. Great topped with Cool Whip.
