CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. plain flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
Pinch salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
9" unbaked pie shell

Put sugar, flour and cocoa in bowl and stir out lumps. Add salt, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Bake in pie shell at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
