CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Combine sugar, cocoa and butter. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
