BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 1/4 c. bread crumbs (stuffing mix)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli and corn; drain. Combine broccoli, corn, 1 cup bread crumbs, soup, egg, butter and onion. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining (1/4 cup) bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
