BROCCOLI--CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 1/2 c. coarsely cut chicken-flavored crackers 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Thaw broccoli, drain. Mix butter with cracker crumbs, reserve 1/2 cup crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with broccoli, corn and seasonings. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. |
