BROCCOLI/CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 bunch broccoli
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
1 tbsp. onion (or minced onion)
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter (melted)

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, cracker crumbs, onion and butter, salt and pepper. Turn into 1 quart casserole.

Combine remaining cracker crumbs and butter over top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
