SAVORY BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter
2 c. crumbly herb seasoned stuffing
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
17 oz. can cream style corn
2 tsp. instant minced onion or fresh
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs

Defrost broccoli in microwave (in the casserole). Break apart pieces with fork. Melt butter, add stuffing and poultry seasoning. Toss and combine, reserve 1/2 cup buttered stuffing for topping. To broccoli add corn, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in eggs, 1 at a time. Add 1/2 cup buttered stuffing. Stir to combine. Pour mixture into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture. Bake uncovered near center of oven at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted 2" from edge of casserole comes out clean, though moist. Set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
