OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER 
24 oysters
2 bunches spinach
2/3 bunch shallots
1/3 bunch parsley
1/3 head celery
1/3 lb. butter, chopped
Salt
Parmesan cheese
Cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mince vegetables finely. Mix in seasonings and juices. Place oysters in pan. Cover with vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
