THE OYSTER BAR'S OYSTER STEW 
In a deep saucepan heat for each serving:

2 tbsp. butter
Dash of paprika, celery salt & Worcestershire sauce

When the butter is bubbling, add:

7 freshly opened oysters
1/2 c. oyster liquid

Simmer the oysters in the liquid until the edges curl, add 1 cup milk or 1/2 cup each of milk and cream and bring the liquid to the boiling point. Pour the stew into a soup bowl and top with a little paprika and 1 teaspoon butter.
