COMPANY SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
3 c. hot water
1 (No. 2) can pineapple (save juice)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 bananas, cubed
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve gelatin in water; cool. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Chill in long, flat casserole until firm. Heat pineapple juice in double boiler. Add egg (beaten), sugar and flour. Mix and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool, fold in whipped cream. Spread over gelatin. Top with cheese.
