COMPANY BROCCOLI AND HAM | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, thawed 2 c. fully cooked chopped ham 1/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. salad dressing 1 tsp. dry mustard 3 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese 3 egg whites Run hot water over broccoli until thawed; drain well. Combine ham, onion and 1/4 cup salad dressing. Spoon ham mixture over broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole. For egg topping, beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in other 1/2 cup salad dressing and mustard. Spoon egg mixture over ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until meringue is golden brown. Makes 4 servings. |
