SUGARLESS CAKE 
1 c. chopped dates (8 oz.)
1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. raisins
1 c. cold water
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil dates and prunes in the water for 3 minutes. Add butter and raisins and let cool. Mix remaining ingredients and add to fruit mixture. Stir to blend. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
