SUGARLESS CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick Fleischmann's butter
4 eggs (use egg substitute)
1 c. each: raisins, pecans, chopped dates, mashed bananas, sweetened applesauce, and crushed pineapple

Put ingredients in a large bowl. Beat well. Put in oiled Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Refrigerate cake to cool.
