YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1/2 pt. milk (1 c.)
1/2 pt. water (1 c.)
1 pt. flour (2 c.)
Little salt

Combine water and milk; add to eggs; mix well. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Let stand at room temperature for a couple of hours. Put shortening in muffin pans. Put in 400 degree oven to heat the shortening. Fill muffin pans half full with pudding. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately.

NOTE: Be sure to put GOOD amount of shortening in pan to prevent sticking.
