YORKSHIRE POTATO PUDDING 
6 med. potatoes
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 cube chicken stock or bouillon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Boil and mash potatoes. Dissolve chicken or bouillon cubes in hot milk. Add butter, salt and pepper. Beat into potatoes. Beat eggs, reserve 1/2 tablespoon and add remainder of eggs to potatoes and beat together. Pile into well greased 9 inch cake tin. Brush with reserved egg mixture combined with paprika. Brown in 450 degree oven. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 6.
