YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Combine eggs, milk, salt, and flour. Beat with a rotary beater or hand mixer until smooth and well blended. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan or 2 (8 or 9 inch) cake pans.

Pour batter into hot butter. Bake in a preheated oven (425 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crusty.

Great to make instead of rolls or biscuits with a roast, chicken, pot roast, etc.
