4 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 pkgs. corned beef (8 oz. from deli)
1 diced tomato
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 hot chili pepper, cut fine
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Mix ingredients in mixer and put in loaf of sour dough or french bread, the middle having been scraped or pulled out by hand. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Place on tray and serve with tortillas/corn chips on one side and toasted sesame crackers on the others. Use as dip.
