JANE'S SHRIMP BOATS 
6 romaine lettuce leaves (for boats)
1 dozen frozen cooked shrimp (2 per boat)
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
prepared blue cheese dressing (your favorite)
Mrs. Dash, for sprinkling
grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
squeeze of lime

Wash lettuce leaves, dry on paper towel. Set frozen shrimp in cold water. Remove tails, dry and dice.

Mix diced tomato, diced cucumber and blue cheese dressing. Top with Mrs. Dash, Parmesan cheese and lime.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

Scoop into lettuce boats and enjoy!
