ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can whole heart of artichoke (large can in water not the marinated kind
1 tsp. dried onion flakes

Thoroughly drain the artichoke and chop fine. Blend all ingredients together well, and place in Pyrex dish (about 8 x 10 inch size) bake for approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve on crackers on party bread slices.
