K. J.'S MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 c. bread crumbs OR 1/3 c. oats
1 egg
1/2 - 1/2 c. minced onions
Salt
Pepper
1 can corn (drained)
Catsup if desired

Mix ingredients as any meatloaf. Pat meatloaf into rectangle 3/4 inch thick. Pour corn down the middle and roll sides of meat to top, jelly roll style. Pinch together top and both ends. Lay upside down in loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. A good recipe for camping. Roll up in 2-3 layers of aluminum foil and bury in hot coals.
