CHEESE POTATOES WITH CRUMB
TOPPING
 
Potatoes
Butter
Flour
Salt and pepper
Cheese
Onions
Milk

Boil potatoes. Place in casserole dish. Make cheese sauce. Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour, milk, salt and pepper, and finally cheese. Pour over potatoes. Crumble cheese and fine cracker crumbs and butter on top. Bake.
