1 med. (6 oz.) baking potato
1 single serving size pouch (5 oz.) frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
Scrub potato, pierce skin all over with a fork. Place on a paper towel in microwave oven. Microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, turning potato over once, until it can be easily pierced with a fork.
Remove from oven and let stand while you heat the topping. Heat broccoli pouch in microwave according to package directions. Put potato on a plate. Make a lengthwise and a crosswise split in top about halfway through to bottom. Pour broccoli and cheese over potato. 1 serving.
