BLUE CHEESE - CHEDDAR BALL 
2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 lb. bleu cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 c. snipped parsley
Dash pepper
1 tsp. grated onion

Combine cheese with next 5 ingredients. Refrigerate until firm. Shape into 1 or 2 balls and refrigerate.
