PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 c. peanut butter, smooth
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1/4 block parowax

Mix all ingredients, except bits and wax. Roll into small balls. Place on wax paper and refrigerate 1-2 hours.

For Coating: Melt chocolate and wax on top of double boiler. Keep heat low so chocolate stays thin. Dip each ball separately with kitchen fork. Place on wax paper. Refrigerate.

Best if kept refrigerated until ready to serve. Undipped balls freeze well.
