3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. diced apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Grease bottom only 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Line bottom with wax paper; grease paper. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat together sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add oil, beating until smooth. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in apples, raisins, and nuts. Spoon batter into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan.
