APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed two minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. After cake cools frost with the following: 1/2 tsp. rum or maple extract 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Gradually add sugar to butter spread and extract. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled cake.
