APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 (2 layer) spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter spread
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

Frosting: Blend spread and extract. Gradually add sugar, beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over cake. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
