WEIGHT WATCHERS CHILI TEX 
10 oz. cooked turkey, chopped
2 c. drained canned tomatoes
16 oz. cooked brown beans
1 1/4 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin

I prefer baked turkey that I chop in the food processor, but ground turkey may also be used.

Simmer for 2 hours. Makes 6 servings. (3 proteins, 2 vegetables)
