ORIENTAL CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned and cut in 1-inch cubes
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 head fresh broccoli, cut in bite-size pieces or 1 bag frozen broccoli, thawed

Brown onion in 4 tablespoons oil. Add chicken; quick fry until done, constantly tossing chicken cubes. Remove and set aside.

Add vegetables; quick fry for 2 minutes. Add chicken and sauce for 1 minute. Add cornstarch thickener. Serve over rice.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Mix together.
