PAT'S ORIENTAL CHICKEN AND RICE 
5 oz. bottle soy sauce
5 oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion
Hot sauce (add according to taste)
1/2 stalk celery
10-15 chicken wings (depending on number of servings needed)
2 cans tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic
1 sm. box rice

Cook soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, hot sauce, celery and garlic together in a large pot. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; let simmer. Fry chicken just enough to brown on both sides. Chicken wings may be fried whole or split in half. Next add chicken wings to sauce simmering in pot. Cook until tender. Cook rice separately. When ready to serve, pour sauce and chicken over rice.
