ORIENTAL RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice, original recipe
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Prepare rice as directed on package. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients together then place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. This casserole may be made ahead, refrigerated, then reheated until hot or even frozen. Fast, easy and yummy. Serves 8.
