ORIENTAL CHOPS & RICE 
4 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Ginger
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered green pepper

Season pork chops to taste with salt, pepper and ginger. In skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil. Stir in rice, water, soy sauce, salt and ginger. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add chopped vegetables. Cover and simmer 10 more minutes.
