HAM & RICE ORIENTAL 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced ham in squares
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper

Saute meat lightly in 1 tablespoon oil. Remove and save. Add 1 tablespoon oil and eggs to pan; cook eggs; remove. Cut in strips and save. Place remaining oil in pan, add cooked rice. Saute 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add meat, eggs, onion, mushrooms and pepper. Cook 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, mixing well.
