CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
2 pkg. chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Pineapple slices or cubes

SAUCE:

Juice of #2 can pineapple
1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix the flour with the salt and other spices. Coat chicken breasts with this mixture. Fry (brown) in 4 tablespoons butter. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered with lid or foil. Add pineapples. Bake 30 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice, plain or fried.
