STUFFING FOR BELL PEPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. raw rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender. Add ground beef, brown and drain fat. Add soup, cheese, and cooked rice to ground beef over low to medium heat. Will stuff 10 or 12 large peppers.
