EAT UNTIL YOU'RE "STUFFED BELL
PEPPERS"
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. hot salsa
4 bell peppers
2 c. spaghetti sauce

In large bowl mix first 7 ingredients. Wash green peppers. Remove the steam and seed only. Fill pepper with meat mixture. Place in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until peppers are tender.

These are great when served with tossed salad and corn on the cob. Topped off with a bowl of ice cream.
