SPAGHETTI BAKE 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 lb. spaghetti noodles, cooked
1 lg. pkg. grated Velveeta cheese

Brown beef and onion, salt and pepper to taste; drain. Add to beef, sauce, soups, mushrooms; mix well. Layer in 9x13 baking dish spaghetti, cheese, sauce mix, spaghetti, sauce mix, cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
