2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 qt. spaghetti sauce

Brown hamburger and onion; add spaghetti sauce. Heat thoroughly. Put mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Add 1 can mushrooms (any size) and 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese to top of sauce mix. 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and oregano

Mix sour cream and seasonings together. Unroll rolls and separate. Spread 1 tablespoon sour cream mixture on each roll and roll up, starting at small end. Place on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
