APRICOT - PEACH JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. boxes apricot Jello
14 oz. can sliced peaches
14 oz. can sliced apricots

Put the 2 boxes Jello in large bowl. Add 2 cups boiling water and stir well. Add 1 cup peach juice. Add 1 cup apricot juice. Stir well. Add peaches and apricots. Refrigerate until set (4 hours). If fruit juice doesn't equal 1 cup, just add water.
